On 26 June, 2023, the SFSE Research group welcomed a new undergraduate student to
the team-Miss Emma Linzmayer.
Miss Linzmayer is currently an undergraduate student
at the Department of Political Science and has extensive knowledge and experience
with Canadian politics and all three dimensions of sustainability.
As part of the SASE contribution on the Sustainable Protein Program with the National Research Council, Canada, a new article with lead author, Derrick Allotey has published an article sharing insights on the current trends in Plant protein extraction. Background
Industry 4.0 has been recognized as the pathway to enhance production processes and increase productivity in
