New students join the SFSE lab for a Ph.D. in Bioresource Engineering in the Winter 2023 semester

On 25 December 2022, the SFSE Research group welcomed a new graduate student to team Mir. Vincent Abe-Inge. Mr. Abe-Inge holds a BSc and a Master of Science in Food Science and Technology. He has extensive knowledge and experience in Food Chemistry, Food Analysis, Sustainable Foods, Nutrition, Plant-based foods, and Data Analysis.

Currently, he has 10 research publications, 11 conference presentations, and three separate best poster awards. Mr. Abe-Inge will be working in the Environmental-Nutriomics research space on advancing a nutritionally adequate and environmentally friendly dairy industry in Canada.

Mr. Abe-Inge is passionate about sustainable foods, nutrition and health, environmental impact analysis, data analysis, and visualization. In her leisure time, he prefers reading about international politics, history, and movies and spending time with friends.
